The Module:
A feat of Sword-and-Sorcery Technology!
A Protracker Music Box Module
Modules are a Mithril card punched at 1200 dots per inch. Mithril was chosen as it doesn't wear down during loading and unloading and it fits into the +-1/2400 of an inch tolerance that the Protracker Music Box requires. There is an engraved inscription in Sindarin and English. The fine holes are punched by the power of a rapidly falling weight that was lifted by an Orc. A tracker is a whole different machine which thousands of levers are set for the pattern data, and punched paper tape strips are used for the sample data. The tracker requires a two-Orc motor to play back, while the Protracker Music Box uses four Elven springs.
